From beginning to end of our transaction, Kim was nothing but kind, friendly, professional and just exuded a great energy. She priced our home fairly and realistically, and held our hand through every step of the process. We had never sold a home before and she certainly put our anxieties at ease, helping us with anything and everything- whether it had to do with lawyers, home showings, or just packing our home – she was there. She answered texts in a reasonable time frame, kept in touch with phone calls and provided the best service we could have asked for. Kim was amazing with our young children, and if we hadn’t moved so far away – I truly feel we would have become close friends.
This experience can be very stressful, but with Kim on your side, it all becomes a lot easier.
